HTML Help (CHM) Help Compiler
Most help authoring tools use the HHC.exe compiler to create the resulting .CHM help file from the source help project. HHC.exe is a part of the Microsoft HTML Help Workshop package that you can download and link with the CHM creation or help authoring tool that you are using.

To install the CHM compiler, simply double click on the download file and follow the instructions of the setup program.
